Complaints procedure

We recommend that you first report complaints by email to info@japansaegenshop.com. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can request mediation of your dispute via Valuedshops register.

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. You can find this ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you can submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
