This Dozuki Tatebiki Noko from Gyokucho is equipped with a fine toothing of 19 TPI. This allows the saw to deliver clean cuts without splintering.

The saw blade of this Japanese saw has special hijirime teeth. This means that the teeth vary in height. The advantage is that the saw blade removes sawdust efficiently. The sawing movement therefore requires even less energy. This makes the saw suitable for both transverse and longitudinal cuts.
