This fine Japanese pruning saw is particularly suitable for pruning fruit trees and ornamental grasses, reeds and bamboo.
With fruit trees, a very smooth saw cut is important to avoid damage as much as possible. With ornamental grasses, reeds and bamboo, the high-fibre crop is easy to saw without damaging the fibres. A coarse pruning saw will fray or break the stems, but this fine pruning saw does its job tightly and cleanly.
The holster has an open bottom so that moisture can easily drain away.
The saw teeth are hardened to 68/71 HRC and the saw blade is nickel-plated and moisture-resistant.
Clean the saw blade regularly with a cloth after use and use some oil to keep the saw in top condition. E.g. a multi-spray.
Notice! The holster is designed for use on the right side. The picture above is mirrored.
