Traditional Kataba 330 100330

Large Kataba hand saw (Kariwaku) with a 330 mm saw blade and standard toothing of 9 TPI (teeth per inch). Very suitable for cutting and mitre work and for general sawing work. This coarse Kataba Japanese saw achieves its best performance as a general carpentry saw and as a beam saw and is ideal for heavy work and deep cuts. This Kataba works easily and quickly and offers an excellent sawing result.

The hardened saw blades have induction hardened and polished, three-sided ground teeth of 68 to 71 HRC (Hardeness Rockwell Cone) and guarantee a very long service life and durability.

Standard equipped with a traditional wooden handle with bamboo. Also available with comfortable handle made of non-slip plastic, or with short power handle (same material) for extra pulling power.

Comes with a plastic teethguard.
